I bring over 20 years of valuation experience across a wide range of complex appraisal assignments, including both residential and commercial real estate. My background includes extensive work in the Minneapolis–St. Paul market area, as well as the resort community of Vail and rural areas of Eagle County, Colorado. I am currently based in Minnesota and serve the Twin Cities metro area.

I have held a Certified Residential Appraiser license since May 2010 and have completed numerous advanced courses through the Appraisal Institute. My work emphasizes market-supported analysis, clear narrative explanations, and adherence to USPAP and client-specific guidelines.

I am well versed in all applicable appraisal software and valuation methodologies, and I approach each assignment with a focus on accuracy, credibility, and practical support for the intended use of the appraisal. Each assignment is evaluated on its own merits, applying established appraisal methodologies to produce credible, well-supported results.

Outside of appraisal work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Caitlin, and our dog, Tikka, staying active through yoga, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor pursuits, as well as maintaining a strong connection to music and the creative process.
